Required Java Update to Support New TimeZones

As you might already be aware, 2007 brings new time zone rules for most of the US and Canada. This marks the first time the rules have changed in quite a long time. To make sure that ColdFusion MX knows what the new rules are, you should upgrade your servers copy of JVM.
